And she's going to be here until tuesday, and maybe there will be enough blizzards in Philly that she will get stuck here, and maybe it will blizzard for the rest of our lives and she will have to stay here in my house for the whole time in the universe! And we will laugh and play.

Sunday night is our tenth anniversary. Aren't we gay that we actually know that? I mean.. not gay.. i mean you know what i mean. But yeah, new year's eve 1991 was the first night we really hung out and figured out that my driver's license plus her stable of cute skaters equalled High Times on the Horizon, and after that it was pretty much over. That was the first of many many nights we snuck out. We really, when it came down to it, didn't get caught very much. Actually i think only once. She got grounded a lot but it was for stuff like missing her curfew by three minutes or forgetting to marinate the potatoes, not, you know, dancing and debauching with boys til all hours and sleeping in my car in the parking lot of Denny's. Actually we -never- got nailed for that stuff, the night we got nailed we were being so ridiculously Not Bad and the reaction was so severe that I wonder what would have happened if the real shit came to light. Man, when she got grounded, she got GROUNDED. In fact, her whole disciplinary life was really really bizarre. You should push her to do the four horsepeople of the aparkerlips website with her siblings... there's some really really good stuff that i won't ruin but that would just be really interesting reading. Not tragic or anything, no one was beaten, it's just very... gothic.

Speaking of, i saw someone in a siouxsie shirt and then someone else unrelated in a sisters of mercy shirt within a span of 10 seconds today, weird. Look out look out, cause goth is back.

I also went to LACMA, which was ok.

I really should finish up this pink lady article right now so i won't have to think about it over the weekend.

But i'd so much rather sit around and goof off!

i'm gonna work though. i'm going to be a disciplined worker.
