I feel like todd just said it all.

I don't know what to say or think. I keep feeling things slipping inches back toward normal and then someone tells a story I hadn't heard, a story about someone's life and how it did or didn't end, and then I feel ... this thing again, this unprecedented, as-yet-to-be-named thing, we'll call it the hollow, sinking feeling. Maybe it's as simple as "sorrow." Sorrow and fear and humility.

My commentary is not really needed here, I don't think. I just hope all is well with you and with those whom you love.
