Tonight is Mary-oke at the something something REVOLVING bar and lounge in Crystal City (home of the world famous Pentagon). I've been there once before, the only time I sang karaoke before in my life. I think after this, the Hut has their own machine now so we'll be doing it from the comfort of our own neighborhood bar where the aguileraphiles don't get upset that we don't afford karaoke the proper respect as a career-building device that it deserves. Those talent scouts in the audience must be mighty put-off by our presence, cause I don't think a single one of the amateur professional singers who partake in the something something REVOLVING bar and lounge karaoke has ever gotten a record deal. Cruel, we are. Cruel and insensitive.

Anyway, here are the 1998 action shots of me rocking my only Maryoke performance in history, "Fame" by Irene Cara, with, if i do say so myself, pretty well-organized choreography on such short notice, with my partner Kim Stryker, who was blessed with the world's best glam metal last name ever. Oh, and did I ever tell you about Alec Bourgeouis? This has nothing whatsoever to do with anything, but does that not sound like the punkest punk name anyone ever made up for himself? And his parents just GAVE it to him. At birth. Dang.
